Mike has roots firmly established in our local area. He was raised in Ridgefield and worked at his family's marina. He received his undergraduate degree in 1983 from the University of Portland and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Willamette University School of Law in 1986 where he graduated in the top one-third of his class.
Mike is licensed in Washington and Oregon state courts as well as the federal courts.
